The evening will feature: •A Grand Reception led by Chef Norman Van Aken and Chef Carlos Robles-Molina of NORMAN'S •Honored Chefs & Restaurateurs, including Chef Lordfer Lalicon, Chefs James & Julie Patrakis, Chef Kevin Fonzo, and Chef Rabii Saber (with additional names to be announced), each presenting signature dishes at chef-attended stations •Exquisite Wine Pairings curated by NORMAN’S Sommelier, Matthew Mercier, alongside celebrated wine professionals including Lee Pancake (Slate Wine Academy), Shaun Wright (Möet & Hennessey), Connor Doran (Slate Wine Academy), and Eric Renaud (ACE Wine & Spirits)
