Our founder, Chef Norman Van Aken, will be your host at our Orlando restaurant, NORMAN’S for a Gala Celebration for Jacques Pepin’s 90th Birthday on Friday, February 28, 2025! This 90/90 event will feature a group of talented Orlando chefs, each creating and presenting a selection from our 5-course wine-paired DINNER menu or VIP Reception.
